Barnsley Christian School is proposing a Christian ethos, all ability, mixed, all-age (4-16) school. The school will be non selective and will place no emphasis upon ability, race, religious affiliation or gender. It will be a safe and secure community school where your child's success will be based on mastering the core skills of literacy and numeracy early on. There will be a focus on high aspirations, expectations and achievements for each child where each individual can attain their real potential. The school will be based upon the already successful Barnsley Christian School where attainment at GCSE is considerably above national average.
